For those who have already done the planning process and have made many of their bookings but want to have someone on hand to ensure all details are taken care of in the lead up to the wedding and be there on your special day.
INCLUSION:
Organize and execute rundown on the day of the wedding
Organizing and ensuring all vendors will deliver the services as agreed
Organizing and ensuring the event runs as planned
Organizing transportation on wedding day
Coordinate all activities on wedding day vendors according to the rundown
Meeting you either in person or via phone/Skype to clarify the style and budget for your wedding.
One (1) time technical meeting with clients and chosen vendors
provide assistance for budgeting
One (1) technical meeting with the Family
Coordinating the whole event (ceremony & reception on the wedding date as well as pre-wedding events) together with the venue and vendors, from preparation until completion
Ensure all services provided by each vendors are delivered on time
Assistance by Riefaest Project Wedding team, Bride & Groom assistance, documentation & entertainment, and event management
Any other services in connection with the wedding and ceremony that shall be mutually agreed among parties
